Revenge-porn website victim files suit against ex and four porn sites

Interesting blog. One of the more interesting topics is where does the responsiblity lie. Shoutd the hosting company be liable for what happened. New laws prtect them but I think they should only be allowed the protection if htey cooperate in removing the content once they are aware of it. But, I do not think the hosting companies whould be forced to give up other protected information as some bills that the senate has tried to enact. As far as concent goes I do believe that this needs to be obtained just as it does when shooting photos of models you must have a models concent. At the end of this blog from the NakedSecurity he has a link to the videio from Amanda Todd. This video is a must view. It just shows how easy Cyber Bullying can get out of hand, and sometimes how hard it is to know it is going on. Many lessons can be learned from this.
